Payment Information

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information. We retain only transaction IDs, payment status, and basic billing details required for booking management and accounting.

• Agora (or equivalent) — to enable real-time audio/video consultations

• Firebase Analytics — for app performance monitoring

• User data is stored on secure cloud servers
• Sensitive data is protected using encryption in transit and at rest
• Access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis

Consultation calls are not recorded by default.

If call recording is introduced in the future, users will be notified in advance and explicit consent will be obtained before recording begins. Recordings will be stored securely, retained only for a limited period, and can be deleted upon user request.
